SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Shipping is calculated based on weight and will be automatically calculated at checkout prior to payment.

Australian Shipping

There are 4 shipping options available for delivery to Australian addresses:

Regular Shipping

Delivery can take 3-10 business days depending on your location. Most orders are sent with tracking; however, if the item ordered is relatively small this maybe shipped via letter post which is untracked. Therefore, tracking is not guaranteed under this option. 

Regular Shipping (Plus Sign on Delivery)

Delivery can take 3-10 business days depending on your location. All orders are sent with tracking and require a signature on delivery (i.e. your order will not be left unattended if you are not available and you will be required to go to your local Post Office to collect). 

Express Shipping 

Please note due to COVID-19 Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery - only that your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery can take 1-4 business days depending on your location. All orders are sent with tracking.

If you are located in WA, NT, North QLD or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for delivery.

Express Shipping (Plus Sign on Delivery)

Please note due to COVID-19 Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery - only that your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

International Shipping - We ship Worldwide!

There are 2 shipping options available for delivery to international addresses:

Economy Shipping

Not currently available due to COVID-19.

Delivery can take approximately 3-6 weeks to receive depending on your location. There is no tracking number.

Please note this shipping option is only available for the following countries and for orders weighing up to 2kg and valued up to AUD$500:

Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, South Korea, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK and USA.

Standard Shipping

Delivery can take approximately 3-6 weeks to receive depending on your location. Tracking is included.

Please allow 6-12 weeks due to COVID-19 delays.

Your tracking number will be sent to you when your item has shipped, which you can use on the Australia Post website to follow your order: http://auspost.com.au/track/ 

Shipping estimates exclude time spent in customs and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.

Your shipping notification email includes your tracking number. You can use this number on the Australia Post website to track your order:  http://auspost.com.au/track/

Other information

All shipping options available are uninsured and we will not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of your order after it has been dispatched.

Please note that we also factor in a small fee within the shipping cost to cover packaging materials to post your items as we want to ensure your items are protected and do not arrive damaged.

CUSTOMS

Any duties/customs fees incurred on the package are the responsibility of the customer. All packages are marked as "Merchandise." We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order processing time is up to 10 business days. However, please note that the majority of orders will be shipped every Saturday.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us to ensure this delivery time can be met as no refunds will be given for orders arriving past your specified time. Delivery times are based on Australia Post estimates and therefore we cannot provide guaranteed assurance that your order will be received within this timeframe. Therefore, please ensure you leave plenty of time to ensure you receive your order on time.

PAYMENT METHODS

Acceptable payment methods include:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay (Australian orders only)
  • Zip Pay (Australian orders only)

CANCELLING ORDERS 

There is no cancelling of orders. You agree to purchase the items when the order is placed.

REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY

Refunds are only accepted on faulty items. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to return the item (must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging) to Carefully Crafted. Return delivery is at the cost of the customer. Returned faulty items will not be accepted if items are not in original condition. Once item is received by Carefully Crafted and the fault identified, either a full refund on the listed item price will be given or a replacement product provided.

Please note faulty items can only be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers who wait more than 30 days to notify us of faulty items, should contact the manufacturer directly.

Refunds are not given for customers who change their mind, choose the wrong product or no longer want the products ordered. If you require items by a certain time please contact prior to purchasing to ensure it can be delivered within your deadline, as refunds will not be given for items arriving after the date you require them.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We always endeavour to have all stock available. However, if any item ordered is out of stock we will contact you and provide you with the following options:

  • Estimated arrival time of the out of stock item
  • Option to substitute item for different colour or different item of similar value
  • Refund for value of out of stock item

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items which are preorders are stated in the individual product listings as well as an expected arrival time. Note this time is only an estimation provided by the supplier and is subject to change at any point in time. No orders will be cancelled/refunded if the goods arrive in stock late.

If you order items which are in stock and preorders you will be given the following options:

1. Goods will be held and shipped once they are all in stock.

2. In stock goods can be shipped without preordered items however additional shipping charges will apply.
